On Saturday 20th July 2019 you will be welcomed to the Redentore Aperitif and Dinner at Hotel Gabrielli situated at the beautiful Riva degli Schiavoni overlooking the lagoon, just few steps from Saint Mark's square.

A well with raw fish, oysters, prawns and shrimps
Fingerfood: Smoked tuna with marinated spring onion; Swordfish with lime mayonnaise and lumpfish roe; Salmon with tzatziki sauce; Mashed cod fish with polenta crouton; Octopus salad with crunchy celery and taggiasche olives; Cuttlefish and sweet pepper salad; Shrimp with marinated zucchini; Parma ham and pecorino cheese; Small Caprese salads; Baked artichokes with bacon.
