The Palace is about 850 square meters, divided in two main areas: the ground floor traditionally called Fondaco and the first floor - the Piano Nobile. It is able to host about 300 guests and it is perfect as an exhibition and event venue, gala, dinners, weddings, banquets and meetings. The Piano Nobile has been completely restored, preserving the historical materials and decorations. It has been fitted out with the following technical facilities: - Air-conditioning; - Fire System; - Freight Elevator; - Natural airing system; - Basic catering kitchen with air shaft system; On the groundfloor there is also a disabled toilet.

This private palace is one of the most illustrious and larges palaces on the Grand Canal in Venice.
